Study Description:
The purpose of this study is to see how effective a lip product is when used over 4 weeks.
Study Requirements:
- Must have fine lines due to dryness and lack of visual smoothness on the lips.
- Must use lip products at least 3-7 times per week.
- Cannot be a smoker for the past year.
- Cannot have lip piercings, lip tattoos or lip injections.
- If you have significant medical conditions or take too many medications, you may not be able to participate.
- Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
- Cannot have participated on a study involving the lips at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 2 weeks.
Visit 1 Instructions
- Avoid using any lip products (eg, lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm, lip pencil, Chapstick, Blistex) for at least 2 days prior to the first visit.
- Wash your face and/or remove all makeup at least 30 minutes prior to the first visit. Do not apply any other topical products to the face (including eye and lip areas) until the study visit has been completed. If you arrive having not removed all makeup, you will be required to remove the residual makeup at the clinic and wait at least 20 minutes prior to procedures.
- Bring a valid ID or passport.
- Your first visit could take up to 1-1.5 hours.
