Study Description:

The purpose of this study is to see how effective eye treatment product is when used over the course of 12 weeks.

Study Requirements:

  • Must have lack of firmness on the upper and lower eye area, wrinkles on the crow’s feet area, fine lines on the under-eye area, tear trough on the under-eye area, and lack of plumpness on periocular area.
  • Must be willing to maintain visit 1/baseline condition of eyebrows and eyelashes (do not start/stop wearing artificial eyelashes or otherwise noticeably change brow/lash appearance) during the study.
  • Cannot have tattoos including tattooed-on eyebrows or other permanent makeup (such as eyeliner) on the eye area.
  • Cannot have artificial eyelashes, eyelash extensions, or long and/or voluminous eyelashes.
  • Cannot have been diagnosed with known allergies to skin care products.
  • Cannot have a known reactivity to ingredients such as yeast, barley, wheat, almond, alfalfa, sunflower, sesame seed, eucalyptus, or seaweed.
  • Cannot have any significant medical conditions that are not controlled by diet or medication. If you are taking more than 5 medications, you may not be able to participate.
  • Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
  • Cannot have participated on a study involving the face at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 2

 

Visit 1 Instructions

  • Avoid application of any topical moisturizing or treatment products to the face (including eye area) for at least 3 days prior to visit 1.
  • Avoid extended periods of sun exposure and all use of tanning beds and sunless tanning products for the duration of the study. Extra care should be taken to wear protective clothing, use provided sunscreen, and accessories (such as sunglasses, hat, parasol) and avoid sun exposure from 10 AM to 3 PM.
  • Continue use of all regular brands of color cosmetics and makeup remover. Refrain from using any antiaging and moisturizing products and do not start using any new facial products other than the assigned test material.
  • Bring your valid ID or passport.
