Study Description:
This study is being conducted to determine how effective an acne facial product is when used over the course of 12 weeks by women and men with at least 2 red raised bumps and 10-50 whiteheads and blackheads and redness on the face.
Study Requirements:
- Must have blemishes (pimples)
- Lighter skin tones only: must have slight redness on the face.
- Males only: Must be regular shavers (at least 2 times per week) and cannot have beards. A mustache and/or small goatee is allowed if the majority of the face (including cheeks) and neck are shaved.
- Cannot have any known sensitivity to salicylic acid.
- Cannot have any significant medical conditions that is not controlled by diet or medication. If you are taking more than 5 medications, you may not be able to participate.
- Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
- Cannot have participated on a study involving the face at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 2 weeks.
