Wet Shave Razor

Study Description:

Study Requirements:

• Must have sensitive skin.
• Must regularly (at least 3 times per week) wet-shave (use water and a razor instead of an electric razor) the underarms, legs, bikini area, and pubic area.
• Must be willing to have a female dermatologist assess the bikini and pubic areas.
• If you have significant medical conditions or take too many medications, you may not be able to participate.
• Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
• Cannot have participated on a study involving the legs, underarms, and/or bikini/intimate area at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 2 weeks.

Visit 1 Instructions

• Shave your underarms, legs, and bikini/intimate area (including mons pubis) within 24 hours prior to your first visit.
• Bring your current razor and any topical shaving products (shaving cream, shave gel, etc.) to the clinic for brand and type documentation by clinic staff.
• Wash your underarms and legs or rinse them with water at least 1 hour prior to each scheduled clinic visit. Do not apply any other topical products to the body (including deodorant/antiperspirant, moisturizer, and sunscreen) until the study visit has been completed.
• Please wear clothing that will allow easy access for assessments on the legs, underarms, and bikini/intimate area at the clinic (eg, loose-fitting clothing, sleeveless top, shorts or skirts, no tights or leggings, no jumpsuit or romper, etc). You must wear underwear to each study visit.
• Please bring a valid ID or passport.
• Your first visit could take up to 2.5-3 hours.
