Study Description:
The purpose of this study is to see how effective and well-tolerated a skin care product is on individuals with a history of eczema and eczema flares (on the body, arms, legs, hands, and/or feet) over the course of 6 months.
Study Requirements:
- Must have a history of eczema on the body, arm(s), leg(s), hand(s) and/or feet in the last 6 months.
- Cannot have use a prescription or over-the-counter medication or skin moisturizing products to treat eczema 3 days prior to study enrollment.
- If you have significant medical conditions or take too many medications, you may not be able to participate.
- Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
- Cannot have participated on a study involving the body, arms, legs, hands, or feet at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 2 weeks.
Visit 1 Instructions
- Avoid application of any topical moisturizing or eczema treatment products on the body for at least 3 days prior to visit 1.
- Arrive at clinic with clean body, arms, legs, hands and/or feet (target area with a history of eczema), having washed at least 1 hour prior to visit 1.
- Do not shave or use any hair removal products on the target area with a history of eczema within 24 hours of visit 1.
- Please dress to allow easy access for assessments on the body, arms, legs and feet at the clinic (eg, loose-fitting clothing, shorts or skirts, short sleeve shirt or tank top, etc).
- Please bring a valid ID or passport.
- Your first visit could take up to 2.5-3 hours.
