When will I receive my payment?

You will receive your payment on the last day of each completed study.

What happens if I miss a visit?

For most studies, you may be able to call 908.810.1160 to reschedule as soon as you realize you have a conflict. By rescheduling (and keeping the rescheduled appointment) you may be able to complete the study and receive the full payment.


What do I do if I need to miss a visit?

As soon as you realize there is a conflict, please call 908.810.1160 to speak to a technician to reschedule.

What do I need to bring for my first visit?

Please bring a photo ID and know your Social Security number. New and returning panelists will be informed by one of our technicians if they need to bring anything else to a particular visit.

How long are the visits?

When the technicians schedule your visit, they will advise you as to how much time should be allocated for each visit.


What are your hours?

We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM until 6:30 PM and by appointment only. 

How often do you get new studies?

New studies are scheduled every week. Check out our website regularly to see if any of our new studies interest you. You can also sign up to receive notices for our studies on our Contact Us page. By providing demographic information, we can notify you when we are recruiting for participants that match your demographic. 

I keep applying for studies but haven’t been contacted. What should I do?

Please call 908.810.1160 and speak with one of our office personnel.


What’s in the product? Is it safe?

All of the products are certified as safe for use by humans.


Can I be on multiple studies at once?

For most studies, you can only participate in one study at a time.
