Study Description:
This cosmetic clinical trial aims to evaluate the efficacy and consumer perception of the Sponsor's vitamin C body cream. The study will assess outcomes over two timeframes: 48 hours following a single application, and after four weeks of regular use. Adult participants will present with mild to moderate skin concerns, including dullness (lack of radiance), dark spots, uneven skin tone, lack of clarity, crepiness, reduced firmness and elasticity, and rough texture. Target areas include the forearms and chest. The study will also include a subset of participants with keratosis pilaris (KP) on the upper arms or thighs, and/or cellulite on the back of the thighs or buttocks.
Study Requirements:
Must:
- Be a regular user of body cream or moisturizer
- Have and use a sunscreen on the body
Cannot:
- Cannot have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis).
- Cannot have been on a weight-loss diet or program, weight-loss medication or change in exercise routine in the last 3 months or planning to start during the study
Visit 1 Instructions
- Arrive at the clinic having showered within 24hours before the study visit.
- Dress to allow easy access to expected treatment areas for assessments at the clinic (eg, loose-fitting clothing; short-sleeved, v-neck, or sleeveless tops to expose arms and upper chest; and shorts, skirts, or dresses).
- Bring a valid ID or passport.
