Study Description:

The purpose of this study is to see how effective a supplement is in easing PMS symptoms over the course of 3-4 menstrual cycles.

Study Requirements:

  • Must have a menstrual cycle 1 time per month with 25-35 days in between each period start.
  • Must experience moderate to severe symptoms of PMS. Examples include anger/irritability, anxiety/tension, depression/feelings of hopelessness, lack of energy, physical symptoms, etc.
  • Cannot have taken any medication or dietary supplement marketed or prescribed for the purpose of alleviating PMS symptoms within 1 month prior to your first visit. (general OTC pain-relief medications such as ibuprofen/Advil and Tylenol/acetaminophen, etc may be used if necessary)
  • Cannot have any significant medical conditions that are not controlled by diet or medication. If you are taking more than 5 medications, you may not be able to participate.
  • Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
  • Cannot have participated on a study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 2 weeks.

  • Your first visit could take up to 2 hours.
