Study Description:
The purpose of this study is to see how effective a hand product is when used over 8 weeks.
Study Requirements:
- Must have the following on the back of your hands: dry fine lines, wrinkles, lack of even skin tones, dark spots, dryness and crinkly looking skin.
- Must have dry elbows.
- We need some individuals with dry cuticles.
- Must be willing to only use natural/neutral or no nail polish, willing to refrain from having manicures performed and to not remove the cuticles for the duration of the study (8 weeks).
- Cannot have any significant medical conditions that are not controlled by diet or medication. If you are taking more than 5 medications, you may not be able to participate.
- Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
- Cannot have participated on a study involving the hands at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 2 weeks.
Visit 1 Instructions
- Must avoid application of any topical moisturizing products to the hands for at least 3 days prior to the first visit.
- Dress to allow easy access to the hands and elbows for evaluations.
- Please bring a valid ID or passport.
- Your first visit could take up to 2-2.5 hours.
