When will I receive my payment?
You will receive your payment on the last day of each completed study.
What happens if I miss a visit?
For most studies, you may be able to call 908.810.1160 to reschedule as soon as you realize you have a conflict. By rescheduling (and keeping the rescheduled appointment) you may be able to complete the study and receive the full payment.
What do I do if I need to miss a visit?
As soon as you realize there is a conflict, please call 908.810.1160 to speak to a technician to reschedule.
What do I need to bring for my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID and know your Social Security number. New and returning panelists will be informed by one of our technicians if they need to bring anything else to a particular visit.
How long are the visits?
When the technicians schedule your visit, they will advise you as to how much time should be allocated for each visit.
