Thinning Hair Study

Requirements

Must :

• Have mild to moderate thinning hair on the scalp.  
• Have stable body weight for at least 30 days. 
• Have hair length between 5–40 cm. 

Be willing to:

• Maintain your current hairstyle and hair color routine.  
• Continue using your usual hair products.  
• Avoid starting new hair products or treatments.  
• Avoid hair extensions, tight braids, or weaves.  
• Maintain your normal diet and supplements.  
• Avoid hair growth vitamins/supplements during the study. 

Cannot: 

• Have allergies to skincare products or study ingredients. 
• Have a condition or medication affecting hair loss. 
• Have an allergy to apples, sesame, ginger, mulberry, lemongrass, or lavender. 
• Have used GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, etc.) in the last 6 months. 
• Have hair extensions, weaves, tight braids, or very short hair (<5 cm). Smoke nicotine heavily (>20 cigarettes/day). 
• Have severe hair loss conditions (alopecia or other diagnosed hair loss disorders).  
• Have had hair transplant or scalp surgery. Have used hair growth treatments/products recently (Minoxidil, Rogaine, Finasteride, PRP, laser hair devices, microneedling, Nutrafol, etc.). 

Visit 1 Requirements: 

• Wash your hair 48 hours (±4 hours) before each study visit using your usual mild, non-medicated shampoo; use conditioner only if part of your normal routine. 
• Arrive at the clinic with clean, dry hair and no hair products on the scalp or hair before the visit. 
• Bring a valid government-issued ID or passport.
