Dry Volar Forearm

Requirements

Must: 

• Must have dry skin on the inner forearms 

• Must be willing to undergo tape stripping on the inner forearms 

• Must be willing to avoid moisturizing products on the arms before and during the study 

• Must not shave the arms within 24 hours before visits 

• Must be willing to stay at the clinic for up to 4 hours at Visits 2 and 5. 

Cannot:  

• Cannot have allergies or reactions to common skincare products 

• Cannot have tape sensitivity or very thin/delicate skin 

• Cannot have skin conditions on the inner forearms that could interfere with the study, such as eczema, psoriasis, sunburn, infections, scars, tattoos, or broken skin 

• Cannot have used peels or peel products on the arms within the past 4 weeks 

• Cannot have Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes or take insulin/diabetes medication 

• Cannot be on GLP-1 medications. 

• Cannot be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.  

Visit 1 Requirements: 

• Do not shave your forearms 24 hours before each study visit. 

• Wear loose-fitting clothing on study visit days so your forearms are easy to access. 

• Do not use any laser procedure on your inner forearms. 

• Bring a valid government-issued ID or passport.
