Skincare Product/Patch Study

Study Description

This clinical study is evaluating the skin tolerance of a test product in adults with self-perceived sensitive skin. Participants will have patches applied to their back several times over approximately three weeks while the study team monitors the skin for signs of irritation.

Requirements

Must

  • Be willing to have patches applied to your back approximately 3 times per week for about 3 weeks.
  • Keep the study patches dry and in place for 24 hours after each application.
  • Remove the patches after approximately 24 hours, as instructed.
  • Protect your back from sun exposure throughout the study.
  • Inform the study staff of any medical procedures during the study.

Cannot

  • Do not get the patches wet while they are being worn.
  • Do not apply lotions, sunscreen, or other products to the patch area during the study.
  • Do not wash off the skin markings.
  • Do not use heating pads or heated car seats on the patch area.
  • Do not allow your back to become sunburned during the study.
