Study Description:
This is a single-center, evaluator-blind, controlled cosmetic clinical study conducted using the Leg Controlled Application Technique (LCAT). The study is designed to compare the skin barrier support effects of the Sponsor’s test products following daily application over a 14-day period.
Study Requirements:
Must:
- Shave lower legs once per week, at least 8 hours before a visit.
- Be available to return to the clinic for 14 consecutive days.
Cannot:
- Cannot have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis).
- Have sunburn, suntan, scars, nevi, excessive hair, tattoos, or other conditions on test sites.
- Have an uncontrolled medical condition (asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, thyroid disorders, blood pressure issues)
Visit 1 Instructions
- Do not apply any creams, lotions, moisturizers, oils, sunscreens, shaving creams, or cosmetic products to the lower legs unless provided by the study team.
