Each study has specific requirements set by our clients, and unfortunately, this one wasn’t the right fit. However, eligibility varies by study, so not qualifying for one doesn’t mean you won’t qualify for another. We’re always adding new studies, and we’d love to help you find one that’s a good match!
When a study is full, it means we’ve reached the required number of participants and can no longer accept new enrollments. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially if you've planned around your appointment. As soon as we’re notified, we immediately contact affected panelists.
We always strive to schedule panelists for studies where they have a high chance of enrolling. However, because studies can sometimes fill earlier than expected, our recruiting team discusses this possibility during the screening process to avoid surprises. If this happens, we’ll do our best to find another study that’s a good fit for you. While you're on-site, you can visit our recruiters or speak with a team member in the clinic who can assist you in scheduling a new study.
If your scheduled study was canceled or rescheduled, it’s likely due to a client postponing or canceling the study. These changes can happen for a variety of reasons, and we make sure to notify all affected panelists as soon as we’re informed. We understand how inconvenient this can be and appreciate your flexibility.
Yes, on very rare occasions we do have studies on the weekends.
This depends upon the time of the year and our clients requests for tests. We keep our website updated daily, so please check the list of studies for Phoenix and for Dallas or call us at 833-530-7596.
SGS Clinical has a referral program. To receive payment for a referral, the person you refer must be new to SGS and meet our eligibility guidelines. You can find the guidelines for both Phoenix and Dallas here, along with the option to submit your referral.
The required break period between studies depends on the specific study, but most of our studies require a 2–4 week break before you can participate in another. If you have any questions about your break period, please don’t hesitate to contact our recruiting team.
Please call us at 833-530-7596 Monday through Friday from 9:00AM-6:00PM CST.
