Referral Program

The person you are referring MUST come in for their first visit in order for you to receive the referral payment.

Criteria:

• Male or female, 18-65 years of age
• Be in good general health
• Be able to speak, read and write in English
• Be interested in participating on our studies and willing to travel to our facility in Richardson or Phoenix.
• The person you are referring must be qualified by one of our recruiters, scheduled and come in for their first visit
• Can’t be pregnant or nursing
• Can’t have had any cancer with the past 5 years
• Can’t have a history autoimmune disease such as HIV infection, AIDS, multiple sclerosis, Crohn’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, Lupus and can’t be taking any autoimmune mediation.
• Can’t have had facials, facial peels, photo facials, laser treatments, dermabrasion, Botox®, injectable filler treatments, intense pulsed light (IPL), acid treatments, tightening treatments, facial plastic surgery with the last 6 months.
• Can’t have used Retinol in the past 3 months.
• Can’t have allergies to skin care products.
