Study Description:
The purpose of this study is to assess the consumer perception of a scrunchie when used over 8 hours.
Study Requirements:
- Must have hair long enough to be able to tie hair with a scrunchie, hair tie or hair band.
- Must be a user for an elastic hair tie AND/OR spiral/coil hair band at least 3 times a week.
- Must be willing to use the scrunchie on dry hair for at least 8 hours.
- Cannot have hair extensions, braiding, or permanent wigs made of non-human hair.
- If you have significant medical conditions or take too many medications, you may not be able to participate.
- Cannot currently be participating in another study at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office.
- Cannot have participated on a study involving the hair/scalp at SGS, another research facility or doctor’s office within the past 4 weeks.
Visit 1 Instructions
- Arrive to your visit with dry hair.
- If you need any hair styling devices to style and wear the scrunchie (such as a comb or brush) bring them with you to your visit.
- Bring a valid ID or passport.
- Your first visit could take up to ~1 hour.
