Study Description:
This study looks at how sleep affects skin health by measuring moisture levels, recovery after mild irritation, and daily skin changes. It focuses on both the face and forearms. The goal is to better understand the link between sleep quality and the appearance and condition of your skin.
Study Requirements:
Must
✓ Exhibit a regular menstrual cycle.
✓ Perceive they are pre-menopausal
✓ Have clear inner forearms (no large scars, tattoos, or skin conditions)
✓ Be willing to wear study device to track data.
Cannot
✕ Be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
✕ Be currently take more than 5 prescription medications
✕ Be diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes
✕ Have any autoimmune disorders, connective tissue diseases, or immune deficiencies (such as lupus, Crohn’s disease, HIV, or rheumatoid arthritis)
